The Fairport Music & Food Festival is a music festival held in Fairport on Liftbridge Lane near the Box Factory Building, which features music and food from local restaurants. It promises to be a fun filled day that offers music on three stages from more than 20 bands and entertainers, tons of kids' activities, and over 20 area restaurants for great food.

All the proceeds go to Golisano's Children's Hospital at Strong.
