Elderwood Village at Fairport, formerly Brookdale Fairport, is a Fairport, NY assisted living community for seniors. It is conveniently located off route 31 in the town of Perinton. It sits in the lower southeast corner of Monroe County, just a few miles from Wayne and Ontario counties. Shopping, banking, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals are all conveniently located nearby, or by expressway. The expressway exit is a short two-mile jaunt on route 31 from our community.
Elderwood Village at Fairport is within walking distance to several small shopping and banking centers, and very close to a larger shopping mall where there are many well known restaurants and stores. We are less than two miles from the Perinton Recreational Center which boasts a senior center, large swimming pool, indoor walking track, exercise pool, and Silver Sneakers exercise programs. Six of the area’s seven major hospitals are less than 25 minutes drive. Exit 490 is only about two miles from Elderwood Village at Fairport. The interstate thruway 90 is about four miles.
