Members of the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce, McConville Considine Cooman & Morin PC, Attorneys & Counsellors at Law are being recognized by the Chamber for their firm’s honesty, integrity, and community service.  They are the Chamber’s August Business of the Month.

Paul Barden, Kevin Cooman, Mike McConville, Lou Morin, Amy Varel, and Pete Weishaar are the owners of the firm, which has a 37-year history.  They maintain three offices - - 25 East Main Street, Rochester, 100 Packett’s Landng, Fairport, and 1754B Penfield Road, Penfield, and are happy to meet with clients at the most convenient location – including “house calls” for those clients unable to travel.  Twenty-eight employees (16 lawyers and 12 support staff members) comprise their team, servicing their clients.  “We are a very close knit group,” reflected partner Kevin Cooman. “The relationships we have built amongst our staff, extend to our clients.  We had an elderly client tell us, ‘You guys are like working with real people.’  Our ability to groom relationships is our main success factor.”

In practice, the firm represents the ‘good guys.’  Clients present the firm with all manner of business and personal concerns - -  transactional work, litigation & disputes, estate planning and administration, and real estate. Their services extend across New York and into New England.

In addition to the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce, the firm supports Fairport’s Advent House, youth sports, and numerous not-for-profit organizations across the County, with its attorneys often serving in board leadership roles.
