The Fairport Office of Community + Economic Development (OCED) commits its resources and energies to creating a local economy that is healthy and vibrant.

OCED includes the Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the Urban Renewal Agency (URA), the Section 8 Housing Program and the Local Development Corporation (LDC). Each of these programs offers resources for projects that strengthen our local economy and make Fairport an even better place to live, work and invest.
