Fit Class Studio is a group training weight loss center. From absolute beginners to extreme fitness enthusiasts Fit Class Studio will promote a safe workout that will challenge you and give you maximum results. We focus on proper nutrition with many different styles of training, such as kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, Kettle bell training, Dumbbell training, Power band training, plyometrics, and several different styles of cardiovascular workouts. One of our most popular workouts combines all of these styles of training in one workout. The workouts are fun and extremeley motivational.
