After serving the people and businesses of the Rochester community for more than 46 years, James L. Gelormini of McConville Considine Cooman & Morin P.C. (MCCM), is set to retire.

Athletic Prospects Performance (Keith Prestano) is hosting an eight week speed camp for local athletes, 8-17 years old (groups split by age).

With this camp athletes can expect to:

-Improve 60 & 40 yard time and acceleration on the field

-Be able to use the Athletic Prospects Performance Speed System Unit to get the most accurate time

-During this 8 week speed program, progress through 4 blocks of training:

Block 1: Developing movement skills, work capacity and preparation for higher intensity running

Block 2: Faster reaction time, optimizing angles of acceleration, building upon movement skills and arm drive

Block 3: Learning how to develop late acceleration, the ability to change speeds, understanding how to relax at higher speeds

Block 4: Maximal speed, maintaining top speed longer

Every athlete wants to be fast and more explosive on the field. This is your opportunity to be the athlete you want to be.
